At XtremeX Martial Arts, we stand by the quality of our gear; if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equipment and apparel remain in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your XtremeX account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that hygiene-sensitive equipment like mouthguards or groin protectors remain factory-sealed.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear for wear and tear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
